In my days 1980 to 1989 at altus a.f.b. we trained pilots, flight engineers, loadmasters on c141a/b and c5a/b aircraft. The mission was to train as many troops possible in a short time to end the Cold war. They did this by using large concrete blocks instead of equipment to eliminate damage to property such as seen here.
